Size matches your waist measured at navel level with your stomach relaxed — not your trouser size, which is almost always smaller. Available sizes are S (55–74 cm), M (75–84 cm), L (85–92 cm), XL (93–110 cm), covering a 55–110 cm waist. Between two sizes, take the larger one: the adjustment tightens, it does not lengthen.

The 13 mm is the stiffer of the two: it is built for maximal loads on squat and deadlift, and takes a few sessions to break in. If you have never worn a belt, the 10 mm is a better starting point.

The lever closes and opens in one motion, at the setting you chose. You set it once, moving the lever along the row of holes with the screws; after that the belt goes on and off between sets with no readjustment.
